Please carefully review our products before placing your order. All items we sell are gel nail products that come into contact with the skin. For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges once the items are sold.

Once an order is shipped, it cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded under any circumstances.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception. If your item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately at Mcateyenail@163.com so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-returnable items
All gel nail products and personal care goods sold by us are non-returnable and non-exchangeable due to hygiene and safety reasons.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
For customers in the European Union, please note that due to the nature of our products (contacting skin, hygiene sensitive), we cannot accept returns or cancellations, even within the standard 14-day cooling-off period.

Refunds
