Our shipping policy is as follows:
When you make a purchase of any product from Fauxfoodtoys, we partner with UPS for shipping. Within 1 business day of receiving your payment, we will process your order and ship it within 6 to 12 business days. We will provide you with the tracking number of your package via email once it has been shipped. Please ensure that your email address is correct.

How long does shipping take?
All items are shipped from our warehouse located in Florida. Typically, shipping time is 5-8 business days (excluding weekends and holidays), but this may vary depending on your shipping address.

Do we always offer free shipping?
We provide free shipping for orders within the continental United States that exceed $50. We do not ship to Alaska and Hawaii. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us for further assistance.

How do I track my order?
All Fauxfoodtoys trampolines and other products are shipped via UPS. Please find your tracking number from the delivery confirmation email. You can visit the UPS website and enter the tracking number in the tracking search bar to track the location of your package.
